If there is something that proved that women with different breast sizes can be equally beautiful, that’s the celebrity world. Nobody told Kirsten Dunst “Hey, lady, you have small boobs!” Right? Women admire her, men admire her and, to be honest, I think she’s a knock-out. Or Keira Knightley, for example. I know for sure men dream about her and let’s face it, she wears an AA bra size. Is that a problem? Off course not!

These ladies know how to make their assets work for them and they are confident about themselves. And confidence is what makes a woman attractive. I’ve been reading the gossip column lately and I came across Carmen Electra‘s interview where she actually admitted she regrets getting her boobs done. As she said there, she was happy with her previous size but she let other people (in her case, her significant other) interfere with her opinion and talk her into that. And she’s not the first celebrity who wanted to be able to wear larger bra size and regretted it after-wards.

And while we got pretty much used to seeing silicone beauties flashing their boobs in the most ridiculous outfits (Lil Kim, for example) there are many female celebrities with naturally big breasts that do a darn good job packing those girls and making them look wonderful. Let’s take Queen Latifah – now that girl really knows how to wear her plus size! If you want a good example of what the right size bra can do for large breasts, just take a look at her pictures.

One more lady I just can’t skip is the Sex And the City star, Kim Cattrall. Playing a role of a sexy Samantha, Kim gave us the chance to see her breasts completely bare many times. And while it’s obvious she did visit a plastic surgeon, it wasn’t for enlargement, that’s for sure. I do think she did a bit of lifting but I’m not quite sure. In my judgment, her bra size is more like an average one and I think her boobs look just perfect. If only I had a pair like those.

Anyways, ladies, what I’m trying to say is- all bra sizes can look equally good. You just have to wear it with confidence. Learn from these famous ladies and follow their example. Each and everyone of them has enough money to do plastic surgeries until she ends up looking like a Barbie doll and still, they are not even thinking about it. Why? Because they love themselves just the way they are. And we love them and men love them. You understand where am I going with this? I’m sure you do.

And now, we finally come up to one of the most popular topics of all female discussions- MEN! I know that we are constantly trying to look our best for ours sake but let’s be honest, ladies – we do it for the guys, too. I mean, is there anything better than walking down the street knowing you are the reason why all men’s heads turn? Nope, I think not. And breast size has to do something with it, right? Well, we believe it does and sadly, for a lot of guys breast size is an important criteria when separating “hot” and “not”.

However, not all men are the same so, while some will turn only if a woman’s bra size is above D, others prefer smaller but firm breasts. I’ve consulted many guy friends and really tried to figure out a  behavior pattern and guess what? There isn’t any! So, if you are unhappy with your bra size don’t blame it on men. But really, I’m not trying to defend anybody here, I’m just saying that because I’ve heard many girls saying, “I want to do  a plastic surgery because guys prefer bigger/smaller/firmer breasts.” No! A plastic surgery is a big step so, whether you’re thinking about enlarging or reducing your breast size, you need to think things through and do it ONLY if you think it will make you happy.

Now, there’s one funny thing about bra sizes and men’s opinion on them – They can change it( the opinion, not a bra size) depending on how much they like a girl. And most of the guys admit that if they love a girl her breast size stops being the important factor. And guess what else? Even if they like smaller breasts they will never admit that in front of their other male friends. It’s something like a “male thing”. So if you heard your hubby and his friends making positive comments about a big busted lady on the TV, don’t take it close to heart. It’s just men being men and there is no reason for you to get depressed. I’m sure your loved one adores you just the way you are and he thinks you are perfect. He just has to play that macho role, God forbid his friends say he’s a sissy .

One thing is for sure – Boys will always be boys. And bra size is important to a certain point. After all, we like seeing muscular guys, too but that doesn’t mean our perfect guy has to be built like Rambo.

AA bra size the most common among teenagers whose breasts have just begun its growth. However, it’s not unusual for some women (usually petite ones) to have this breast size. So, how would you know if you’re wearing an AA cup? Well, I’ve already explained the measuring bra cup size procedure, so when you subtract the band size from the bust size you are supposed to get an inch or more difference. One inch difference is an A cup, we’ve already talked about that. However, if you get a less than an inch difference, maybe a half an inch or so, then your cup size is AA. AA cup size is the smallest one and it’s basically ½ of the regular A cup.

Well, ladies, I know I’ve dealt with all these topics before but, since then I’ve found some other good plus size bra styles, and I thought part 2 would be a good idea. I’ve also met a couple of women which are still doubting the importance of wearing the right bra size. So, decided to talk about all this some more. Just to shake things up a bit, give you some more ideas and encourage you to always look for the right bra size and style and never go for partial solutions. Why? Well, we all know but I don’t mind saying it again, just in case you haven’t followed the thread from the beginning.

So, big or small, your breasts deserve comfort. And not just deserve – they need it in order to stay healthy and good looking. The bigger the breasts are the sooner will they start looking saggy so you can’t afford to wear a loose bra. Off course, a cup or two smaller bra is also not the solution because it’s not comfortable, good looking nor healthy for the sensitive breast tissue. What you need is the right size bra and there can’t be no if-s why-s or but-s. Finding bra size that completely fits your bust and body shape can do wonders for your overall appearance. It can make big breasts look smaller and more lifted and it can make smaller breasts look more voluptuous. So, measure your bra size carefully or, if you don’t want to do it yourself, pick a lingerie store that includes this service.

Women wearing large bra sizes should pick underwired, wide-strapped bras. This will make your regular, everyday, bra-wearing experience more comfortable. Wearing the correct size will give your bust a compact, smooth look. There will be no spillages or sagging cleavage.  I always recommend the big bust exclusive brands which I mentioned but I’ve actually found some pretty good regular brands that do have some pretty hot bras available in large sizes too. This smoking hot red LaPerla bra, for example. It’s incredibly sexy, soft cups make it comfortable and underwire and wide straps support the breasts very good. What more could we want.

Here’s another one and although this Catherine’s bra is not as sexy as the previous one, I just had to post it because it’s really smooth- the full coverage cups can really balance your bust. This is a great style for casual, everyday use – it will not create wrinkles under a T shirt and it really keeps the breasts in place so it can be good for those days when you feel sporty and you want to engage in outdoors activities.

When it comes to picking the ideal bra style the fact is that we all have problems. And finding the right size strapless bra is a huge challenge for both small and large busted women. And while going strapless raises support issues for women wearing large bra sizes, the ones wearing smaller bra sizes are more preoccupied with the push-up effect. Here is what I know for sure – A lot of women wearing AA bra size always check if the bra has a lot of padding. Now, there’s nothing wrong in wanting a padded bra, but mistaking your size just because of the excess padding is, mildly speaking, not good.

My sister for example, was always dreaded of strapless bras just because she got used to her bras slipping down without straps. Yes, you guessed right – she never wore the right bra size, always a cup or two bigger. She wanted her breasts to appear bigger. I had to have a little conversation with her and, to be honest, it took me a lot of time to finally convince her to go shopping for the right size, strapless bra.

The first thing I convinced her to get is a self adhesive bra. Being large busted, myself, I could never wear it and I just knew it’s the perfect solution for her. This bra is not only strapless but backless too and, guess what? It’s not available in large bra sizes, only in small ones. She completely loves this bra now because she finally has a strapless bra in her own size and it even makes her breasts look a cup bigger.

Then we got a padded balconette style bra with convertible straps. This style looks great in AA bra size, I have to admit that. It has straps but they are removable and very easy to combine with different outfits. By the way, regardless of your bra size, when getting a strapless bra always make sure the back strap is wide enough and tight enough so the bra stays in place no matter what you do. Wide strap is a must even for AA bra size because you want your strapless bra to stay on your breasts, to lift them and make them voluptuous, you don’t need it to slip down and create odd shapes. In the end, it all comes out to picking the right size bra, and the right size strapless one will do it’s magic and you’ll get the enhancement you want without too much hustle.

I love the whole concept of those strapless, backless bras but that silicone, self adhesive bras just don’t work well for me. That’s the problem with wearing large bra size; if the bra is strapless it has to have a wide back strap, but what if I want to wear a strapless and backless dress? I’ve been searching for a solution for this problem for a very long time and I think I found it now. I’m talking about a relatively new product called D+ perk ups. This product is designed especially for large breasts and is available in D and higher bra sizes.

You see, the problem with self adhesive bras is that they only go to D bra size. But these perk ups are made in D+ sizes so, now, large busted women can allow themselves to go backless and strapless and still have the support and lift a bra provides. Perk ups don’t look like anything you’ve ever seen before. They don’t look like the regular bra; actually, they don’t look like a bra at all! This ultimate solution for women wearing large bra size consists of two individual cups that close with a hook similar to the one on the back strap of a regular bra.

These cups are the idea of Dr. Joanne Morgan, the CEO of a company called Faveo. Perk ups  made this company famous because this invention really made things a lot easier for large busted women. The whole idea was to make something that will support big breasts like a normal bra, that will be available in large bra sizes and that will make wearing revealing dresses and tops possible.

The cups are seamless and have no wires but are still able to support and lift even the largest breasts and make them look naturally perky. Like I said, it will take a little time to learn how to place them correctly but that’s nothing compared to all the benefits you can expect from this “bra”. And unlike self adhesive bras that can be worn a limited number of times, D+ perk ups are lasting and available in black and skin color. I just love these and I’ll definitely try them as soon as possible.

If you are a DD size or maybe even higher, you know how hard it is to find a bra that fits well and looks great. I often get disappointed when I go bra shopping and realize that the style I like is not available in DD bra size. The disappointment is even bigger when they have the DD bra size but when I try it on I figure out that’s not a DD size at all. I really hate to see large busted women packed in two sizes smaller bras with breasts overflowing everywhere possible. It doesn’t only look cheap, I just can’t imagine a size smaller bra being anywhere near to comfortable. One friend of mine justifies her habit of wearing smaller bras with the fact that there is no nice looking plus size bras available. However, that’s not true. It all comes to this: Are you persistent enough to search for the right size bra? Because if you are, it will definitely pay out and you will find it sooner or later.

Now, let’s deal with the problem of finding the right size bra a little bit. The right size bra is the one that doesn’t ride up when you move so when you try on a certain model you should move a little bit to test it. Bend over and touch your toes, for example. If the bra stays pretty much in the same place after that, continue the testing as this may be your perfect bra.

Large breasts tend to sag so if you don’t want them to start flapping around your knees in 10 to 15 years, you’ll need to focus on underwired bras that will support and lift them. In plus size bras shoulder straps play a big role so, for everyday wear, pick a bra with wide ones. They will not cut into the skin so more support and comfort are guaranteed.

Pick a cup size that is not too small so your breasts won’t spill over the top. Spillover problems are very common for women wearing large bra sizes but there is a way around this. Seamless bras made from soft foam are ideal for preventing this. There are also many models designed to override this problem, so do a little bit of research before you go shopping. Not all women’s breasts are the same shape so you’ll have to try different styles to find the one that matches with yours.

When it comes to large breasts, measuring bra size can be tricky. So, in order to get a good fitting plus size bra that will be able to support your “two girls” you’ll have to do a little bit more math and a little bit more experimenting. It pays out to do more work, though, as finding the right bra size is the only way to ensure comfort and an adequate “package” in which your breasts will look best.

You’ll do the measuring of the bust and band size the way I’ve already described, but you will also take another measure and that is the size above your breasts. For smaller bra sizes this is not necessary but if you think you should be wearing a DD bra size or higher, taking this measure and using it to calculate your cup size will give the most accurate results. So, you should take a measuring tape and place it under your armpits, just above the breasts. When you get that size subtract the bust size from it and the difference you get will be the criteria to determine the cup size.

2,5- 3,5 inches difference is a C cup

3,5- 4,5 inches is a D cup

4,5- 6 inches is a DD cup

6-7 inches is a DDD cup

7- 8 inches difference is a G cup

Now, when it comes to large bra sizes, especially DD size or higher, I have to say that finding the right size bra can be pretty difficult because not all manufacturers use the same marks nor the standards are the same. In Europe, the sizes go alphabetically, so there are no DD or DDD sizes but sizes E and F instead. DD size can also vary from one country to another, Japanese plus size bras are smaller than the ones in US or Europe, for example. And not only that! Sizes can vary from one manufacturer to another in the same country! So, if  bras so far have never fitted perfectly, don’t get disappointed or think that there is no right size bra for you. Finding a perfect plus size bra is tricky business (believe me, I know!), so try changing the brand. You know what I said for AA size? Well, for us the same rule applies- experimenting, experimenting and experimenting until we find the style and cup size that fits and feels the most natural and comfortable.

In my opinion, an AA bra size is perfect because with this size you have the complete freedom when it comes to picking a bra style. Girls with large bra size often find their cup size limiting to a certain point as the bra needs to be underwired, and for very large bra sizes, wide straps are very desirable. However, if you’re blessed with something like an AA bra size, you’ll have no problems wearing all those great strapless or balconnet bras.

I’ve heard many girls wearing an AA bra size complaining about it and trying to find a heavily padded bra to overcompensate. But, to be honest, I would appreciate having an AA bra size. But really! But, hey, that’s us girls – we always want the only thing we don’t have and you know how they say:”The grass is always greener on somebody else’s lawn.” I mean, just think about all the styles an AA bra size allows you to wear!  I’ve found some great Victoria’s Secret models, just to show you exactly what I have in mind. Some are padded, so if you want your breasts to appear a little bit bigger, they are a perfect choice. Check out this miraculous, animal printed push-up bra. It’s really sexy and I’m sure it’ll bring out your wild side.

There are, off course, many unpadded, natural looking ones, like this lacy front-hook triangle top bra. Now, this is the benefit of wearing an AA cup, you have the opportunity to wear something like this- sexy but still soft and comfortable.

I picked this third one because an AA bra size is often associated with sporty bras. Well, this sexy variation is the perfect example of brining sporty bras to whole another level.

The great thing about this cup size is that you can allow yourself to be without a bra here and there which is a complete no-no for girls wearing a large bra size. Not to mention how large breasts can cause a lot of back pains if they are not well supported by an underwired bra. Unlike big ones, smaller breasts stay perky longer and, if you’ve already found the right size bra, the style and the brand that works best for you, you have big chances for your breasts to stay youthful looking and resist the gravity for many years.

Women’s bra size is not the main criteria when it comes to deciding what is hot and what is not. Thank God days when Pamela Anderson was considered to be a role model are long gone. Ok, there are still guys out there who think an ideal woman should look like that, but most guys I’ve discussed this topic with actually admitted they prefer smaller breasts.

An AA bra size is great because you can make pretty much any bra style work for you. If you’re, for example, planning to wear a backless dress, you can opt for a silicone self-adhesive bra and just add a little volume, shape and support to an already great-looking rack of yours.

Off course, when picking a bra for everyday use, you’ll have to obey the “100% rule” and focus on support and comfort. But even then, you have so many models and colors available that you’ll have big troubles  not to spend your entire paycheck on bras only. There are even some brands that specialize in producing AA bra sizes for petite women, like this brand called “Perfectly Petite”. The creators acknowledge the fact that, for smaller breasts, bra cups need to be designed differently then for the bigger ones. They also have in mind different preferences women may have so, not all AA size bras are padded. Some girls are completely happy with their bust size and they just want something soft and comfortable while others do want that enhancement a padded bra provides.

You can pick a cute, feminine model like this lilac one from Perfectly Petite as it will definitely make you feel like a fairy princess all day long. Slightly padded cups have that push-up effect which, off course, gives the appearance of the fuller chest. Now, that padding is very interesting as it is not regular but liquid one. That makes the bust look natural and gives you more comfort. The soft, liquid padding adapts to your breasts so you won’t have that uncomfortable, scrunched up feeling padded bras usually give.

Bralettes are also a great choice, especially if you don’t feel the need to wear padded bras. A bralette is designed specially for AA bra size and it’s something between a bra and a bikini triangle top. These are ideal for everyday because they are soft and comfortable but provide much needed support.
